Patrick certainly enjoys spending time with his buddy Cabo at Nana and Papa's. We have been spending lots of time there recently taking care of him. They really get along well. In fact, it's when Patrick comes that Cabo eats his food. Not sure why ~ perhaps Cabo thinks Patrick is going to eat it. (Wouldn't put it past him!)

Does Cabo swim with him? When we had our Rott he loved the water - but we didn't have a pool, so I don't know if he would have actually gone in.
No, Cabo DOES NOT like the water. We took him in as a puppy, but now wants nothing to do with it. Although he does have to come out to check what we are doing, especially to see if Patrick is ok. He's very protective of him.
