Patrick took Cactus Kids with Miss Kathi at the McQueen Park Activity Center this session. They studied desert plants and animals, read stories, made crafts, and got to be cowboys. On their last day, they all got to wear their "cowboy" outfits and made s'mores. They all had their horses too and parked them at the garbage can corral. They were all so cute. Even Aaron went along and wore his own cowboy outfit!

What fun! I love the vests and horse. Isn't it amazing what you can make out of ordinary objects and a little imagination?
